What platforms can I access Datacam on?

Datacam deploys a robust and customizable web portal tailored to the specific needs of the client that can be accessed from both desktops and mobile devices using all major web browsers. Clients are provided with unique login credentials based on their specific company roll-up and restrict access based on user roles and permissions.

Is Datacam integrated with any other service provider?

Datacam integrates with iQMetrix to pull sales data using the Data Connect API. We also have in-house software teams that have extensive experience in building custom integrations per business needs.

Can installation be completed by technicians not provided by Datacam?

Yes, the Datacam approved installation can be completed either by the customer or a technician of the customer’s choosing.

What levels of support does Datacam offer?

Customer Support is available to assist with any questions or concerns. Support requests can be easily submitted via the portal, email, or phone. Support works directly with customer principles or field employees to ensure understanding of the portal and overall reporting.

IT Support aids in DVR or camera issues by working with the site management, or by securing a technician. (a required visit is based on the pre-arranged SLA agreement. Both departments work through a cloud-based ticketing system which allows us to address all inquiries in a timely and accurate manner following the SLA guidelines. These departments are available 24/7. Ticket status can be tracked using a web portal or via email.

How do I keep track of my data and reports?

All of the data you need is provided for you in an easy-to-read customizable dashboard. Datacam provides you with information at both a location and employee level to help you keep track of everything from individual employee reports to your desired location’s performance data.
